Refund Policy

At Sirimalle Chiralu, every saree is carefully checked, packed, and shipped with utmost care. We value your trust and take complete responsibility in case of any defect or damage.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Only defective or damaged sarees are eligible for a refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Refund Process

Notify our team within 24 hours with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Our team will inspect and verify the concern.
If the saree is confirmed to be defective, a refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for concerns reported after the 24-hour window.

3. Exchange / Dislike Cases

If you dislike the saree, colour, or fabric — no worries!
In such “change of mind” cases, refunds are not provided.
Instead, we will issue a store coupon / credit note of the same amount.
The coupon can be used on your next purchase at www.sirimallesarees.com and remains valid for 6 months.

4. Condition of Returned Product

To qualify for inspection or exchange, the saree must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original packaging with tags and folds intact
Untampered and not used for photography, trials, or draping

Products showing signs of:

perfume
stains
usage
alterations
will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

For defective or damaged items, Sirimalle Chiralu will arrange reverse pickup where available.
If reverse pickup is not available, customers may self-ship the product. Courier charges will be reimbursed after verification.

6. Important Notes

Refunds apply only to defective products.
Store credit will be issued for preference-based returns (dislike of colour, fabric, design, etc.)
No returns or refunds for:
- blouse pieces
- accessories
- custom-stitched sarees
